Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Executive to manage translation and localization projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, sound computer knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset. This role requires effective coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end translation/localization projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, translators, and internal teams.
• Prepare project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Use project management tools and software to monitor workflow.
• Handle client queries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain organized records of all project-related files and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Communications, Management, or Languages).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Prior experience in a project coordination or client-facing role is a plus.
• Knowledge of translation industry tools (like CAT tools) is an advantage but not mandatory.
