Project Executive

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and monitor detailed project schedules (L1L5) to ensure timely execution in alignment with project timelines and cost targets.

Site Execution:

Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works, ensuring quality and safety standards are strictly followed.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

Manage contractors and vendors, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of milestones as per contract terms.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Implement quality checks and monitor material usage. Ensure execution adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory norms.

Project Reporting:

Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, prepare MIS reports, and escalate project risks or delays to the project leadership.

Cost Monitoring:

Assist in budgeting and tracking actual costs against the plan. Monitor resource utilization to control wastage and ensure project profitability.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Liaise with design, procurement, legal, and liaison teams for approvals, design updates, and statutory compliance.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with HSE norms and that safety protocols are implemented and followed.
