Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer/Sr. Project-Design with 4 to 6 years of experience, specializing in the Wiring Harness domain. This comprehensive role requires strong proficiency in Creo Schematics & Pro Cabling for designing complex electrical routing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include creating detailed electrical schematics, defining wiring paths, selecting appropriate connectors and terminals, and generating Bill of Materials (BOMs) using Creo Schematics. You will then utilize Creo Pro Cabling to route and model the wiring harnesses in 3D within assemblies, ensuring optimal packaging, bend radius, and clash detection. A critical aspect of this role is involvement in Genset Testing, which includes participating in the electrical validation of generator sets, troubleshooting wiring-related issues, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. You will collaborate closely with mechanical design teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into product designs. Furthermore, you will work with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, testable, and reliable. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, wiring standards, and problem-solving skills for complex electrical integration challenges.
