Role summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), Sprinkler, and Hydrant systems.
The role requires coordination with client and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
1.Review project scope, drawings, and BOQ for execution.
2.Plan manpower, materials, and tools required for site activities.
3.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
Fire Alarm Systems
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Access Control Systems
Public Address (PA) Systems
Firefighting Systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant)
Site Coordination:
1.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
2.Manage site technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality execution.
3.Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, IS standards, and local fire regulations.
Documentation & Reporting:
1.Prepare site progress reports and maintain material tracking.
2.Ensure timely inspections, testing, and approvals.
3.Support in preparing as-built drawings and handing-over documents.
