Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth of fermenters, bioreactors, and related equipment in the assigned region.Identify and develop new business opportunities with biotech, pharma, research labs, and academic institutions.Generating leads and ensuring their maturity.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.Collaborate with the application support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.Prepare and present commercial offers, tenders, and proposals.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to management.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional.
