Job summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects in the Industrial, Road, Highways, and Tunnels sector, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, specific to road and tunnel construction projects.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership in the design, implementation, and integration of electrical systems in infrastructure projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering projects adhere to industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality standards throughout project execution.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently, optimizing manpower, equipment, and material usage.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and progress.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in project engineering within the Industrial, Road, Highways, or Tunnels sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practical application in infrastructure projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
