Project Engineer – Township Project

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team for a large-scale Township Development Project in Malappuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil engineering expertise, project management skills, and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Location: Malappuram, Kerala, India

Experience Required:
7 to 12 years of relevant experiencePreference will be given to candidates with experience in multinational companies.

Education:

• B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering best practices and assist in filings before government authorities
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Key Requirements:

• 7 to 12 years of experience in infrastructure/township projects
• Experience working with multinational companies is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office
• A degree in Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,088.04 - ₹47,769.43 per month
