Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site activities for assigned infrastructure projects.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure execution as per design standards.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, material standards, and construction methodologies.
Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Prepare and review RA bills, quantity estimations, and material requisitions.
Identify potential risks and delays and implement corrective measures in coordination with the Project Manager.
Manage documentation including work orders, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), site records, and test reports.
Support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement activities when required.
Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory regulations throughout the project.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
