Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engineering Lead

What youll do:

Lead
end-to-end design, planning, and execution
of STP and water recycling projects.
Coordinate with
implementation teams, vendors, and consultants
to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Standardize engineering practices to improve
scalability and efficiency
.
Oversee
site assessments, design customization, BOQs, and drawings
.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize plant performance post-commissioning.
Support
R&D and pilot projects
in clean energy, wastewater reuse, and advanced aeration systems.
Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering and project delivery team.

What we’re looking for:

Master’s degree in
Environmental, Civil, Mechanical Engineering
, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in
water/wastewater treatment, STP projects, or clean-tech execution
.
Strong knowledge of
project management, Civil & MEP integration, and process optimization
.
Proven ability to work with
cross-functional teams
and deliver
multi-site projects
.
Passion for
innovation, sustainability, and scalable solutions
.
