Project Engineer for Fibre Industry

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, schedule tasks, and coordinate resources to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Technical Design & Implementation: Design fiber optic networks, including route planning, and perform necessary fiber splicing and termination.
• Site Surveys & Assessments: Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and assess existing infrastructure.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all project work adheres to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Budget & Resource Management: Track project expenses, manage material procurement, and allocate resources effectively.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance to the project team and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and status updates for internal teams and clients.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil) or a related field.

• Project Management: Proficiency in project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and design software like AutoCAD.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in designs, documentation, and project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
