Job Description

1. Project Planning and Design: Participate inprojectplanning meetings to understandprojectrequirements and objectives. Assist in the development ofprojectplans, schedules, and budgets. Contribute to the design process by providing technical expertise and input. Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations. 2. Construction Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as needed. Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence toprojectplans and specifications. Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction and propose solutions. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 3. Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-dateprojectdocumentation, including drawings, contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information). Prepare regular progress reports forprojectmanagers and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of finalprojectdocumentation, including as-built drawings and close-out reports 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that allworkmeets applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement quality assurance measures to identify and address potential issues early in the construction process. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance withprojectspecifications andsafety standards. Serve as a point of contact forprojectstakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory agencies.
