Role and Profile: Project Engineer Civil

Location: BE / B Tech-Civil Engineering or Dip in Civil Engg

Location: Gurugram /Noida

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify the

  Project Deliverables, Milestones and Required tasks

  and targets to determine the resource requirements and allotment of available resources as per Project Planning Schedule.

• Sound Experience in Project Execution of

  Civil-RCC-Structure and Project Finishing Work

  using

  conventional and specialized methodology.

• Cross check all Drawings, prepare BBS.

• Site supervision and coordination with external contractors.

• Good knowledge of

  Finishing job including External Faade Development, Interior Design and Civil Work related to Services [Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, High End Interior Finishes].

• Verification of

  Civil work as per approved drawings.

• Monitor/Discuss project status, review during the course of periodic project review meetings.

• Site & Construction Management

• Effective and optimum use of available resources.

• Classify critical activities of site and monitor those for high quality execution of finishing work.

• Check & finalizes bills of contractors with proper supporting documents & as-built drawings.

• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

• Prepare or

  present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Shall have 5+Years of Exp in Project/ Site Execution in Group Housing, Residential/ Commercial Projects.

Finishing of Civil- Brick Work, Plastering, Stone/ Granite Cladding, MEP, HVAC and Plumbing Sanitation services

Supervise Labour, Contractor and Sub Contractors

Verify Bills, Joint Measurements of Work done by Contractors
