As a Site Supervisor & Manager, your role involves overseeing all activities at the site to ensure compliance with approved guidelines, standards, and quality policies. Your responsibilities include: - Managing site personnel to maintain efficiency and compliance - Monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with project objectives - Coordinating contractors to ensure adherence to project requirements - Conducting regular meetings for planning and issue resolution - Verifying timely procurement, storage, and utilization of resources - Conducting inspections and managing quality assurance - Reviewing project documentation and ensuring proper implementation - Developing and tracking project schedules and milestones - Conducting regular meetings and preparing detailed reports - Identifying and addressing technical challenges through coordination - Overseeing quality management and compliance with standards - Maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders - Ensuring effective utilization and maintenance of resources - Coordinating with relevant authorities for necessary approvals - Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies - Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices - Implementing effective housekeeping and waste management practices - Overseeing the finalization process and addressing pending concerns Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - 5+ years of experience in project engineering or construction-related roles - Basic understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles - Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office Suite (preferred) - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of safety regulations and local building codes (preferred but can be learned on the job) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in Surat, Gujarat, and reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
