Project Engineer

Job Description The Project Engineer is responsible for Construction, security devices installations, testing, commissioning, and system programming; Ensuring good quality of Installations; Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage projects including Constructions, Testing and commissioning, on site installations. Project Management and Technical skills in project cycle. Deliver an end-to-end process with customers. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Occupational Health and Safety compliance including subcontract liabilities. Produce timely and detailed reports on Projects. Full cost control and resolution of any disputes. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders around project status and timelines. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations. Build positive relationships with customers. Proactively identify risks that may affect response capability, specifications, budget, and outcome of service quality. Involve in project Management. Security system design, building diagrams using AutoCAD. Site meetings and coordination, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, coordination with client Project team management - manage subcontractors. Manage documentation. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Instrumentation Engineering Must have - Proven 3-4 years’ work experience in the Electronic Security industry in an equivalent/similar role. Sound knowledge of the security systems industry and understanding of system design. Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate across diverse audiences – Written and Spoken. Strong problem solving and exceptional analytical skills. Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills. Strong organizational skills in dealing with multiple issues & various deliverables. Able to work under tight timeline/pressure and deliver results. Must be willing to work on-site. Candidates have project management experience is an advantage. Experience in Physical Security Technology with an emphasis on Lenel, AMAG, CCURE, Axis technologies, Bosch, Genetec, etc. Show more Show less
