Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director with extensive expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of road, highway, and real estate projects in Mumbai, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office, Revit, Primavera P6

Key Requirements

• Experience: 15-20 years of experience in project management within the road, highways, and real estate sector.
• Education: Master's degree in Engineering (M.Tech/M.E) with a specialization in Bridge Engineering or a relevant field.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
