Job Role:

Job Purpose

• Manage land and legal documentation, and coordinate with Land Aggregators in Karnataka.
• Obtain statutory approvals for Open Access projects.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Extensive knowledge and experience in land documentation within the Solar & Wind sectors.
• Proven ability to coordinate and monitor Land Aggregators.
• Proficient in the guidelines and processes required for land acquisition.
• Expertise in identifying feasible sites and lands in proximity to project locations.
• Strong capability in securing State Grid Approvals.
• Familiarity with state laws and statutory requirements.
• Thorough understanding of legal compliances for project approval from local authorities such as KPTCL, KREDL etc..
• Excellent networking skills.
• High energy levels.
• The candidates should be able to understand, read and write the Kannada language.
  

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience:

• A graduate degree with 5-10 years of work experience in the Solar sector.
• A law degree is preferred.
• Experience in the Solar IPP/EPC industry is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Base location: Bangalore.
