Job Description

Team Lead for wind and solar hybrid RE projects development to completion across PAN India.
Collaborate with PSU and IPP clients as Project Management Consultant for tendering, bidding, technical assessments, and execution.
Assist in the tendering process by conducting pre-bid meetings, performing techno-commercial evaluation of bids, and addressing bidder queries.
Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to resolve potential issues.
Provide clear direction to the team and ensure effective stakeholder engagement for seamless execution.
Engage with clients on daily to present project updates and address any concerns.
Monitor the EPC contractors construction progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare project schedules and generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
