Project Development Manager

As a Project Development Manager in Karnataka, your role will involve managing land and legal documentation while coordinating with Land Aggregators in the region. You will be responsible for obtaining statutory approvals for Open Access projects. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive knowledge and experience in land documentation within the Solar & Wind sectors. - Proven ability to coordinate and monitor Land Aggregators effectively. - Proficiency in the guidelines and processes required for land acquisition. - Expertise in identifying feasible sites and lands in proximity to project locations. - Strong capability in securing State Grid Approvals. - Familiarity with state laws and statutory requirements. - Thorough understanding of legal compliances for project approval from local authorities such as KPTCL, KREDL etc. - Excellent networking skills. - High energy levels. - Ability to understand, read, and write the Kannada language. Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree with 5-10 years of work experience in the Solar sector. - A law degree is preferred. - Experience in the Solar IPP/EPC industry is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required. - Base location: Bangalore.,
