Project Delivery Manager (Procurement)

You will be leading project delivery for global procurement transformation programs at Tarento. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading one or more global procurement transformation projects involving Fieldglass, Compass improvement, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, and other legacy applications. - Applying outstanding project management and agile methodology to ensure successful delivery. - Developing and implementing a budget and operating plan for the program. - Ensuring the achievement of objectives in key areas such as customer happiness, safety, quality, and team member performance. - Driving project delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Proactively managing risks and issues with appropriate mitigation plans. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong experience in implementing SAP procurement solutions such as Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, SAP ERP MM, SAP SRM, Compass, Salesforce, and digital solutions globally. - Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and influencing skills. - Experience in balancing multiple projects and customer groups effectively. - Industry certifications in project management (ICP Agile, PMP), technology SAP (MM, Ariba), and domain (CSCP, CPIM). - Practical experience in applying project management methodology and sprint planning. - Experience in managing internal and external customer engagement in diverse, multi-cultural environments. Desirable criteria for this role include specific experience in SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana transformation projects, a solid understanding of project management and agile methodologies, and experience in leading similar roles in Global Captive Centers or Shared Services. Education requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field, Agile Scrum Master Qualification, and Project Management qualification.,
