Project Data Manager

As a Project Manager based in Mumbai specializing in Data & Metrics for K-12 accounts, your role involves managing and analyzing project data, tracking performance metrics, and generating analytical reports to ensure successful project delivery tailored to the unique needs of the K12 vertical. By leveraging your expertise, you will offer valuable insights, monitor project health, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the K12 sector. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and consolidate data from various project teams and systems for accurate project performance tracking. - Maintain project data repositories to ensure data integrity. - Assist in creating and managing PMO databases for effective project tracking. - Support quality assurance processes and design alignment with accreditation standards. - Develop and automate key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics. - Generate regular reports on project performance, including status updates and risk/issue tracking. - Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in a user-friendly format. - Analyze project data to identify trends and potential areas of concern. - Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support project decision-making. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in a project management office, project coordination, or data analysis role, preferably within the K12 sector. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker Studio is considered a plus. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data efficiently. - Certification in Google Sheets and Python programming.
