Job Description

Key objectives of this role are Conduct waste audits for baseline assessment and develop reports. Collect, prepare, analyse, organize and interpret varied types of data and present it in a narrative form that is easy to understand. Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for waste reduction and help the project team implement best practices. Train and hand hold the project team through the application process Be resourceful and have the ability to work in a diverse team Job Responsibilities Independently conduct waste audits for baseline assessment of potential TRUE zero customer and prepare relevant and detail reports. Should be able to engage with clients and project teams in driving them towards responsible waste management Coordinate and regularly communicate with the project team through daily, weekly meetings and calls Should be able to assess all documents related to every aspect and convince the project team of actions steps to achieve the credits Develop and outline standard operating procedures and policy requirements specific to the project and hand hold the project team in implementing it Should possess proficiency in documenting descriptive and detailed information narrating the process for the relevant credits. Prepare and update the project team with periodic reports Understands ethical behaviour and business practices and aligns with the values of the organization. Requirements Skills & Competencies Passion for waste management and environmental issues and be excited to learn and operate in the waste management industry extensively Should be well spoken, able to interact with clients and field staff confidently Should be comfortable as a team player and should work cooperatively and effectively with a wide spectrum of people to set goals and resolve problems Liaise with clients and customers both internally and externally while maintaining a balanced temperament at all times. Has a positive attitude of constant improvement and is highly proactive and driven Knowledge Required TRUE Zero Certification IT skills
