Note:This Job requires frequent travel to different countries.

Should be able to handle international clients directly and coordinate the Project deliverables with the internal teams

Job Summary:
The Project Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate task execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, monitoring delivery timelines, and driving effective communication between teams. The role demands strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills to maintain high delivery performance and minimize operational bottlenecks.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Task & Project Tracking
    • Monitor daily task progress and ensure timely updates.
    • Track completion status of all assigned tasks and report on on-time delivery rates.
    • Verify that all tasks are logged accurately with complete details (assignee, timelines, dependencies, etc.).
  2. Follow-up & Coordination
    • Conduct and document daily follow-ups with teams to track progress on action items.
    • Ensure follow-ups result in measurable progress or resolution of pending issues.
    • Identify and escalate blockers promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Dependency Management
    • Coordinate across teams to identify and manage interdependencies effectively.
    • Ensure that dependencies are resolved within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
  4. Communication & Reporting
    • Maintain clear and structured communication across departments to minimize gaps.
    • Track and report communication gap incidents or escalations.
    • Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing task completion, follow-up effectiveness, and delivery performance.
  5. Process Improvement
    • Suggest improvements to workflows, reporting formats, and coordination mechanisms.
    • Support management in refining delivery processes for better efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or delivery management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.
