Start Date: Immediate / Earliest availability

Position Details

• Job Title: Project Coordinator
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
• Probation Period:
• Freshers: 6 months
• Candidates with 1–2 years’ experience: 3 months
• Performance Incentive: 1.2% of profit from any new project successfully brought in
• Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Candidate Preference

• Only Female candidates are eligible to apply
• Applicants must be confident in client interaction and documentation handling

Qualifications Required

Education:

• Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. preferred)
• Certification in project management is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers may apply (with 6-month probation period)

Language Proficiency:

• Required: Hindi – Fluent (Speaking & Writing), English – Basic to Intermediate (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Optional: Regional language knowledge is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Development

• Meet and onboard new clients or projects
• Conduct physical meetings with both existing and prospective clients

Project Planning

• Assist in setting project timelines, schedules, and goals

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients
• Coordinate updates and field visits

Documentation

• Maintain detailed records, reports, and monitor project progress

Project Closeout

• Ensure proper documentation and final reporting after project completion

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized and self-driven
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email)
• Capable of handling meetings and follow-ups
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
