Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Universal Cargo & Equipments, you will play a crucial role in client development, project planning, communication & coordination, documentation, and project closeout. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and onboard new clients or projects, conduct physical meetings with both existing and prospective clients, and assist in setting project timelines, schedules, and goals. To excel in this role, you must have a graduate degree in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. preferred) along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Certification in project management would be an added advantage. Fluency in Hindi (speaking & writing) and basic to intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing & speaking) are required. Knowledge of a regional language is a plus. You will be expected to be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and self-motivation. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Email is essential. Your ability to handle meetings, follow-ups, and multitask effectively will be critical to your success in this role. The base salary for this position is 23,000 per month (fixed), with a performance incentive of 1.2% of profit from any new project successfully brought in.
