Project Coordinator - Transmission Line / GSS / PSS

Role Description

• Managing the complete project lifecycle of Transmission Line, GSS & PSS works
• Overseeing site operations, ensuring timely progress and quality standards
• Mobilization and Network of manpower/labour for different task related to TL
• Coordinating between internal teams, site engineers, vendors & clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Ensuring smooth execution with adherence to project timelines and safety norms
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to project specifications
• Manage project timelines, track milestones, and monitor overall progress
• Ensure cost efficiency and maintain quality and safety standards across all activities
• Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates for management review

Qualifications

• Project Management and Coordination skills
• 2-5 years of experience in Transmission Lines and Substations (GSS, PSS)
• Knowledge of regulatory clearances and compliance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience
