We are seeking a Techno-Commercial / Estimation Executive who can create/manage project costing/proposal, supplier / subcontractor negotiations, and deliver competitive estimates under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project proposals for EPC projects. Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers / vendors / subcontractors for accurate costing. Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost optimization. Collaborate with engineering and project teams for technical accuracy. Track market trends and pricing to improve estimation strategies. Ensure timely and precise submissions under project deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–4 years in Transmission Line, Substation (220/400/765 KV) and Solar Power Projects utility scale Strong industry knowledge and vendor network. Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and fast-thinking professional who thrives under pressure. Role Description Managing the complete project lifecycle of Transmission Line, GSS & PSS works Overseeing site operations, ensuring timely progress and quality standards Mobilization and Network of manpower/labour for different task related to TL Coordinating between internal teams, site engineers, vendors & clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow Ensuring smooth execution with adherence to project timelines and safety norms Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to project specifications Manage project timelines, track milestones, and monitor overall progress Ensure cost efficiency and maintain quality and safety standards across all activities Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues Prepare and present progress reports and updates for management review Qualifications Project Management and Coordination skills 2-5 years of experience in Transmission Lines and Substations (GSS, PSS) Knowledge of regulatory clearances and compliance Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience
