Solution Wagon is a fast-growing IT firm specializing in Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Social Media Marketing) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple social media marketing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the internal social media team to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Prepare project timelines, allocate tasks, and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketers to develop and execute campaign strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all social media campaigns meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation including reports, updates, and performance analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in project coordination within the digital marketing/social media marketing domain.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
