🔹 Coordinate and manage Skill & EDP training programs
🔹 Work closely with trainers, mentors, and ecosystem partners
🔹 Facilitate sessions on entrepreneurship, business development, financial literacy
🔹 Track participant progress and provide mentoring support
🔹 Build linkages with financial institutions, markets, and government departments
🔹 Support field mobilization, community engagement & follow-up
🔹 Prepare reports, case studies, and impact assessments
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, Management
✔ 3–4 years’ experience in skill development or similar programs
✔ Strong communication & community engagement skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & advanced computer skills
✔ Fluency in Marathi (mandatory); Hindi & English preferred
✔ Must have a driving license and ability to travel locally
▪ Strong coordination & organizational abilities
▪ Passion for rural entrepreneurship and community empowerment
▪ Excellent facilitation & stakeholder management
▪ Monitoring, evaluation & reporting skills
