POSITION OPENING - Project Co-Ordinator

For a project engineering organization specializing in manufacture/marketing of cryogenic equipment as well as establishing turnkey projects. Customer profile includes conventional industries such as industrial gas manufacturers, steel, automotive, pharmaceuticals, petroleum and other similar industries. Also in a leading position for executing customized cryogenic projects for sectors such as Liquified Natural Gas(LNG), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), etc.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate project execution activities such as Design and Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Techno Commercial correspondence, Budgeting etc.
• Co-ordinate with client and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement and Accounts.
• Analyze projects risks and opportunities and initiate measures to tackle them
• Issue all appropriate documentation and paperwork required to facilitate projects.
• Use tools to monitor projects and handle issues/priority changes as they arise
• Prepare project budgets and reports

Desired profile of the candidate

• Bachelors in Engineering or Management with experience in Engineering project coordination in the

Oil & Gas sector or EPC

• Very good communicator and team leader.
• Capable of handling several project and activities
• Very proficient in written English
• Attention to detail
• Good Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Good knowledge of ERP/ MS Project

Desired work experience

• 4+ years in Project Execution/Project Coordination in the Oil & Gas Industry – Preferably in EPC company
• Compensation Offered: Negotiable
• Location of posting: Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
