Project Management Focus:
Provide comprehensive administrative and project coordination support to the Global Product Lead, including developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate project-related meetings (scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking detailed minutes for decisions and action items).
Facilitate effective communication flow between the Global Leads, local market teams, global program teams, and other stakeholders.
Assist in preparing and disseminating project updates, reports, and presentations.
Manage project-related correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Global Product Lead or appropriate technical expert.
Assist the Global Product Lead in identifying, tracking, and documenting potential project risks and issues.
Follow up on assigned action items related to risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Support the Global Product Lead in implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Technical Focus:
Ensure technical dependencies and considerations are accurately reflected in project plans and schedules.
Track technical project deliverables and adherence to technical specifications.
Prepare agendas that highlight technical discussion points and take detailed meeting minutes, especially for technical decisions and action items.
Maintain and organize technical project documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, test plans, reports, and communication logs.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise communications for reports and presentations.
Act as a primary point of contact for technical project-related inquiries from local market teams and other technical stakeholders, escalating complex technical issues to the Global Product Lead or appropriate technical expert.
Assist in identifying, tracking, and documenting potential technical project risks and issues, including those related to system integration, performance, security, and scalability.
Proven experience(2-3 years) in a project coordination role, ideally within a technical environment or supporting IT/software projects.
Demonstrated understanding of the technology lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
Familiarity with technical building blocks and system architectures.
Ability to interpret and understand non-functional technical requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security, usability).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "technical brain" capable of identifying technical deviations and knowing who to consult.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is a strong asset.
