Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage various activities related to ongoing projects in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E in Engineering (Except CS/IT/Electronics)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to travel across India (2% travel) for client meetings
• Strong team collaboration skills to support a team of 5–10 members
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and single-line diagrams
• Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D commands
• Quick learner with a willingness to enhance skills
• Good presentation skills and ability to engage with clients
• Must be locally available in Noida or willing to relocate

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively
• Communicate project status regularly to project stakeholders
• Work closely with project managers and team members to achieve project milestones
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and internal teams
• Ensure tasks are completed within timelines and budget
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with the project team
