Project Coordinator PEB

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management and execution teams. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and basic AutoCAD experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Follow up with vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Update project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards using Advanced Excel
• Draft and update layouts, drawings, or measurements in AutoCAD (2D)
• Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and share progress updates
• Monitor project timelines, materials, and resources
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review
• Ensure smooth communication between site teams and office teams
• Maintain project files, approvals, and documentation records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
• 3 years of experience in project coordination or related role (Freshers are invited)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formatting)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines
• Basic understanding of project workflow

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of tools (MS Excel, Auto CAD, etc.)
• Understanding of BOQ, drawings, and project documentation
