Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support training and learning teams with content analysis and instructional design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders in the US.
• Maintain and track project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Prepare reports and data using Microsoft Excel.
• Facilitate effective communication across project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination.
• Background or experience in training/learning development (Analysis and Design).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technically savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Flexible with working hours to accommodate US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with medical or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
