Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the successful deployment of our video analytics solutions. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with internal engineering teams and external vendors, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth, on-time implementation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities: Project Planning:

o Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

· Team Coordination:

o Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with company goals.

· Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

o Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

· Budget and Resource Management:

o Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

· Quality Assurance:

o Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

· Stakeholder Communication:

o Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management (both internal and external).

· Project Evaluation and Reporting:

o Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

· Delivery:

o Ensure timely delivery of solutions like ANPR, traffic enforcement systems, and industry-specific analytics

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree, Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.

· Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in project management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
