Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Kolhapur,pune,satara,Goa,Hubali. Department: Project Management / Operations Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator with 5–10 years of experience in project planning, coordination, and execution. The candidate should have a strong understanding of project lifecycles, documentation, stakeholder management, and reporting. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing projects across teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines Coordinate between internal departments, clients, vendors, and contractors Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, MOMs, DPRs, and BOQs Track project progress, milestones, and escalate risks and issues when necessary Prepare project status reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders Ensure that project objectives in terms of quality, time, and budget are met Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings and follow-ups Support procurement and billing processes with timely documentation Coordinate with site teams for physical progress updates and resource management Required Skills and Competencies : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project or Primavera Experience in handling project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ERP systems) Ability to multitask and manage priorities across different projects Knowledge of project lifecycle, risk management, and budget control Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills Education and Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or IT Engineering PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
