Project Coordinator Interior

The Project Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow and execution of interior projects. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and maintain communication across all aspects of the project cycle—from initiation to completion.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects.
• Support project manager with scheduling, planning, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Communication & Liaison:

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Address any project-related issues or concerns promptly, escalating as necessary.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Support the client during the project phase, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Assist with post-project follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and gathering feedback for future improvements.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and project schedules.
• Track the attendance of site workers
• Prepare progress reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting milestones, risks, and any deviations from the initial scope.

Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

• Experience:
• At least 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an interior design, architecture, or construction firm.
• Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and project management tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
