Role Description:

The Project Coordinator role at HealthMinds is a

full-time position based in Mumbai

. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You will be responsible for effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project workflows, and supporting administrative documentation.

This position operates on a US shift schedule to align with international client needs

.

About the Role

:• Responsible for uploading and managing assets with standard taxonomy (correct metadata tagging) and correcting digital rights management in Digital Asset Management system, making it available for reuse.• Subject matter expert in key concepts, process flows, and defined scope of librarian tasks.• Suggest workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool.• Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.• Assist users in concerns around the upload process.• Take initiatives to learn new skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of content, and meeting minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client.
  • MS Office – Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
  • Project Management and Coordination skills, including timeline management and task prioritization
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, both internally and externally
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in the US shift schedule
  • Prior experience in healthcare, consulting, or related domains is a plus
