Job Description

As a Site Coordinator in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient coordination with contractors, vendors, labor, and internal teams. Your role will involve monitoring work progress, updating reporting tools or logs regularly, and facilitating material delivery and inventory management on-site. In case of any issues, you will be required to resolve them promptly or escalate to the relevant authorities or departments. Attendance at regular project meetings to report updates is also a key aspect of this role. Maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and safety on-site is paramount, along with ensuring that tools and equipment are being used properly and maintained. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. You should have a proven track record of at least 15 years in a site coordination or supervisory role, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling software is essential, along with a basic knowledge of safety regulations and labor management. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as Provident Fund. The work location is in person, and fluency in English is required.
