Project Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for scheduling and planning by developing and maintaining project timelines, coordinating resources, and scheduling meetings. Communication will be a key part of your role as you act as a point of contact for project-related communication, keep team members informed, and relay information between stakeholders. Your tasks will include creating and maintaining project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials. Additionally, you will assist with tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and identifying potential cost overruns. You will be required to identify and escalate potential project risks to the project manager and monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
