Job Description

We are looking for an Executive to support the smooth functioning of a community-focused initiative. The role is primarily operational and administrative, involving coordination, communication, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between internal teams and project stakeholders.
  • Manage registrations, data entry, and maintain updated project records.
  • Support scheduling, documentation, follow-ups, and email communication.
  • Assist in organizing online/offline meetings, webinars, and events.
  • Ensure timely updates, tracking, and smooth execution of project activities.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 25 years of experience in coordination, admin, or outreach roles.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online platforms).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently.
  • Preferred:

    Experience working on community initiatives, nonprofit programs, CSR activities, or social-impact projects.
