Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our interior design team. You will be responsible for coordinating between clients, vendors, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables Handle new client visits at project sites – explain design elements, site progress, and materials Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure work quality Prepare and maintain project reports and updates Ensure materials, furniture, and appliances are delivered on time Help in managing budgets, bills, and documentation Handle client communication and resolve site-level issues quickly Requirements: Must have two-wheeler with license (mandatory) Basic English and Hindi/Marathi speaking is required Good communication and coordination skills Comfortable with fieldwork and managing multiple sites Must be disciplined, punctual, a nd organized Work Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM, Tuesday to Sunday
