Job Description

Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team. Prepare project documentation such as project plans, status reports, requirement documents, and user manuals Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and resource requirements. Facilitate communication between clients, management, and technical teams. Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs. Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance. Requirement Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Proficiency in requirement gathering, process documentation, and workflow analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
