Job Description

As a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator cum Business Analyst, you will be joining a dynamic team. Your role involves end-to-end project coordination, serving as a bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery. In addition, you will be responsible for performing business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and ensure on-time delivery - Act as the primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, and updates - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders - Prepare functional and technical documents including BRDs, SRS, user stories, and workflow diagrams - Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility checks, and identify risks or bottlenecks - Facilitate meetings, project discussions, and status updates with internal and client stakeholders - Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all project participants - Track project KPIs, maintain project documentation, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field - Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst in IT services or software development - Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Waterfall - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong documentation and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar project management tools Nice to have qualifications: - Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., PMI-PBA, CBAP, PMP) - Experience working with international clients This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits such as commuter assistance, flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and work from home option. Your schedule will be a day shift from Monday to Friday. Performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, shift allowance, and yearly bonus are included. You must be able to commute/relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Proficiency in English is required. The work location is in-person at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.,
