About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage internal construction and renovation projects. The role involves ensuring smooth execution, monitoring progress, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate project updates for timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory tracking and material planning
• Project monitoring, measurement verification, and stage validation for fund release
• Vendor coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of work and materials
• Planning, scheduling, and preparing Gantt charts for project tracking
• Documentation, reporting, and live status updates for project owners

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil (preferred) or relevant project coordination experience
• Experience: 2–5 years in construction/renovation project management
• Skills: Vendor management, Excel/Google Sheets, Gantt chart tools
• Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong follow-up and reporting skills
