Project Coordinator - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, and approvals.
  
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
  
• Track project costs, expenses, and procurement to ensure adherence to budget.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a point of contact for all project-related queries.
  
• Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations.

Resource & Inventory Management

• Track availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
  
• Assist in procurement and vendor management.
• Should have knowledge of AutoCAD Software and able to understand the drawings
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.

Support to Project Manager

• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  
• Help in contract management and invoice verification.
  
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD basics).
  
• Knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
