Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about project execution, effective communication, and team collaboration. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
Plan budget, project timelines and forecast challenges.
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.

Team Collaboration:

Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
Organize and lead team meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.

Client Engagement:

Serve as a point of contact for clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Address client queries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Resource Management:

Coordinate team resource allocation and monitor availability.
Ensure tasks are assigned effectively and progress is tracked.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Reporting and Tools:

Generate project performance metrics, summaries, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project for tracking and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

masters degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with project management tools (eg, JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Basic knowledge of Excel, Gantt charts, and presentation software (eg, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Building rapport and trust with different teams.
Managing multiple deadlines, dependencies, and task owners.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Internship or coursework in project management.
Certification in project management.
Scrum master knowledge.
