Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator at Big Language Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing the efficiency and productivity of multilingual translation projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring workflows, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring cost-effective project strategies through data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between clients and the company - Keep the CRM database updated with relevant information for each account - Monitor daily production of assigned projects - Communicate regularly with linguistic teams - Prepare client quotes and projects as required - Develop project workflows to optimize costs while maintaining high quality - Ensure processes meet all client and vendor contractual requirements - Assist in managing linguistic teams based on project assignments - Provide necessary tools to the translation team for delivering top-quality products - Schedule quality control processes and ensure timely delivery to clients - Maintain effective vendor relationships for quality product delivery - Perform data entry to facilitate proper and timely invoicing Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1.5 years of project management experience - Mandatory experience in Spanish translation - Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Translation, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe - Bilingual with native fluency in at least one language and strong command of another - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client services skills - Strong business acumen and results-oriented approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail and quality - Prioritization skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Please note: - Immediate joiners with the specified qualifications are preferred for this position. - Non-local candidates are also considered. - The job location is Noida with work conducted in US Shifts.
