Key Responsibilities

1. Support

   project coordination

   for Highway & Bridge projects, including projects under

   HAM contracts.

2. Assist in

   project planning

   , preparation of schedules, milestones, and work programs.
3. Monitor project progress and prepare

   weekly/monthly progress reports.

4. Track timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
5. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
6. Organise project review meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure action-point closure.
7. Assist in review of drawings, DPRs, and technical submissions related to highways and bridges.
8. Support

   cost monitoring, documentation, and compliance

   as per contract and HAM concession requirements.
9. Maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals, and records.
10. Identify risks and support mitigation planning.

Must Have Skills:

1. Strong understanding of

   project planning, coordination, and monitoring

2. Exposure to

   Highway & Bridge projects

   , including

   HAM-based projects

3. Working knowledge of

   MS Project / Primavera

   (preferred)
4. Proficiency in

   MS Office

   (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Preferred Skill Set:

1. Experience with

   EPC / HAM / PMC / Consultancy

   assignments
2. Familiarity with

   MoRTH, IRC specifications

   and NHAI procedures
