Key Responsibilities: *Assist in preparing essential project documents: budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans. *Handle administrative tasks: invoices, purchase orders, inventory, and financial reporting. *Oversee procurement activities and vendor coordination. *Meet with clients to define requirements, expectations, and timelines. *Allocate resources and ensure timely delivery of tools and materials. *Assign tasks and support team members in achieving milestones. *Act as a communication bridge between clients and the project team. *Monitor progress and team performance, and share updates with stakeholders. Organize meetings, take notes, and generate reports. Promote collaboration across departments to drive project success.
