Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Controller to join our team in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Understand project commercials and cost management, including budget preparation and resource profiling.
Monitor actual costs and hours against budget, and perform earned value analysis.
Prepare agreements, change control notes, and invoices, and follow up with internal clients on approvals.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and support the Project Manager with Business Management System activities.
Develop new dashboards using Power BI with the digital team and store project data properly as directed by the Project Manager.
Proactively involve in improving processes through automation and digital delivery practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; additional degrees in Finance are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design consultancy, focusing on project controls and accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
